JOB DESCRIPTIONS

FACILITY ATTENDANT

• Responsible for the general operation of 3&2 Baseball during members only and team hours;

• Answer general questions via phone - in person;

• Assist all members and coaches with moving machines, netting, l-screens, training aids, etc;

• Sell memberships and assist in setting up the new members mobile app;

• Clean windows, floors, machines, equipment, etc. to ensure a safe and presentable facility;

• Help instructors with camps and clinics when necessary;

• Baseball background preferred, but not mandatory

• Must be available nights (starting 3-4pm) and all-day weekends - Peak Season November - April

• Must be available June thru Late July for The Landing Classic 

• $15+/hr. with opportunity to earn more through instruction

  • Free membership to both locations with after hours access​

  • Flexible hours with schedule made 30 days in advance

  • Must be available minimum of 20-24 hours per week during peak season

  • Must be willing to work both Tonawanda and Clarence locations

  • Opportunity for added hours on a weekly basis

  • Apparel and hats included

  • Entire month of August off

INSTRUCTOR

• Instruct individual or group camps and clinics within your area of expertise;

• Develop age appropriate lesson plans in a progressive nature;

• Develop relationships with both the player and their parents to ensure development goals are clear;

• Work with teams age 9u - College on a weekly basis through our Additional Instruction package;

• Develop a relationship with each teams coach and all players to assist in development;

• Baseball background mandatory with a specific area of focus (Pitching, Hitting, etc.)

• Must also be trained and work Facility Attendant shifts when necessary

• $30+/hr. with opportunity to earn more through private instruction

  • All benefits of Facility Attendant above plus;

  • Camp or clinic schedules made 30-60 days in advance;

  • Team schedules made 4-6 months in advance;

  • Opportunity to become a private instructor

PRIVATE INSTRUCTOR

• Schedule 1 on 1 lessons with members for private instruction;

• Work alongside families to formulate a long term plan of development;

• Keep in close and personal contact with the families to ensure timely lessons and consistent practice;

• Baseball background mandatory with a specific area of focus (Pitching, Hitting, etc.)

• Must also be trained and work Facility Attendant shifts when necessary;

• Must also be trained and work Instructor shifts when necessary;

• $40/hr.​​

PRIVATE INSTRUCTOR - NON-AFFILIATED

Starting May 1st, 2024 we will be allowing non-affiliated instructors to utilize 3&2 Baseball for your training needs. Instructors will pay the prices below to rent the cage. Listed below you will find the mandatory requirements to apply​​​

• Must apply and be accepted - (3) local, professional references required;

• Must be formulated as a DBA, LLC. S-Corp or legal business entity;

• Must have active liability insurance with 3&2 Baseball, LLC. listed as an additional insured;

• Required to pay cage rental fee per use; 24-hour notice cancellation required;

  • $25 / half hour​

  • $40 / hour

• Allowed to charge players your own rates, but must utilize your own payment platform;

• Monthly Sub-Lease Options Available May '24

  • Monthly payment will included unlimited access to 3&2 Baseball during a specific allotted numbers of hours per week​

TOURNAMENT / EVENT STAFF - Various Locations

• Available late-May thru early-August from Thursday - Sunday (No July 4th weekend)

• Assist in operation of Support Local Baseball & Hometown

• Help setup / teardown tents, tables, chairs, equipment, etc.;

• Take pictures, videos and post to social media;

• Assist umpires, coaches and players with in-game interpretations

• Assist with general operation and maintenance of 8 fields - 172 teams

• $15+/hr.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Remote; Per Diem

• Identify sponsors based on ideals aligning with those of @3n2baseball and upcoming event demographic’s;

• Pitch sponsorship opportunities via phone, in-person meetings or Zoom;

• Close agreements based on meetings and what’s best suited for each specific sponsor;

• Maintain a relationship with sponsor to ensure delivery of all terms set forth

• Self motivated salesperson seeking out potential corporate sponsors;

• Ability to effectively communicate our mission here at @3n2baseball;

• Strong communication and organizational skills;

• Goal-oriented: Comfortable working in a commission driven role with a goal of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
